Safety standards

• Some attractions, shows, restaurants, shops etc. may be closed for technical, meteorological or organizational reasons.
• The amount is non-refundable.
• You can not use any attraction with necklaces, glasses, watches, earrings, rings, piercing or any metallic object.
• For security reasons there are restrictions on access to attractions by age, height and physical conditions. Inform yourself at the entrance of each attraction and always access them through the enabled entrance.
• Access to the park with any pet (except guide dogs) is not allowed.
• Access to the enclosure with bicycles and skates and / or scooters is prohibited.
• Out of respect for others, you must not jump the line or make room for other people in it.
• To preserve hygiene, good manners and respect for others, you must not bathe or use the aquatic facilities with clothes that are not exclusive to bathing; you must not enter the water with street clothes.
• You must keep your Park ticket throughout your stay and show it to any Park staff or security personnel who ask to see it it. Aquopolis Torrevieja reserves the right to expel any person who does not have a valid ticket.
• The Park does not have a public address service to issue personal messages.
• The sale of alcoholic beverages and tobacco is prohibited to minors under 18 years of age.
• The consumption of any type of drugs or narcotics within the enclosure is prohibited.
• All types of sales and distribution of pamphlets, leaflets or products in the facilities of the Park are prohibited, except those expressly authorized by it.
• In order for all our visitors to enjoy the attractions, in all of them at the end of the trip you must leave and wait your turn. To use the attraction again, the waiting lines must be respected.
• For security reasons, Aquopolis reserves the right to inspect visitors' objects at any time, since the entry of glass, cans, weapons, flammable materials and dangerous objects is not allowed.
• It is essential that visitors to the Park try to be careful with their objects personal, since the Park can not be responsible for the loss or damage that they may suffer during their stay in it. We have a cloakroom service for this purpose.
• In order to reinforce security in our park we are continuously testing surveillance in our facilities, this training could include the use of equipment such as the rescue dummy.
• It is essential that children are always under the supervision of an adult.

Aquopolis Torrevieja reserves the right of admission and expulsion from its facilities to persons who contravene the rules listed below or incur in the following situations:

• Disturbance of order.
• Improper use of tickets or vouchers (Club Parques Reunidos members sign an application that implies acceptance of the operating rules of each of the Parks). Only tickets purchased at authorized points of sale will be valid.
• For committing acts of vandalism or causing damage to the facilities of the enclosure.
• For conduct that disturbs or affects the enjoyment of other visitors.
