You can now access our park by downloading your pass on your device and that of the other members of your family unit, without physical card. You can also forward it to other members and their devices.

In order to obtain your passes digitally, you must install one of these apps on your mobile device: 

• Apple Wallet if you have iOS.
• Pass Wallet if you have Android. 

Enter our website, select your Torrevieja Pass and finalize the purchase with the payment method you prefer.

You will then receive the purchase confirmation in your e-mail.

In order to access the Private Area of Bono Parques, it is essential that the holder of the Bono or Bonos purchased sets up the access password. In the Private Area you will be able to complete all the data and upload the photo (if you did not include it in the purchase process).  It is essential, without it you will not be able to use your Bono Parques. When all the information has been completed we will validate your data.

Once you have uploaded the photos of each of the pass recipients, you can download your pass to your mobile device. In order to perform this step you need to have one of the following apps: Apple Wallet (iOS) or Passwallet (Android).
